An online quote is only as good as the information behind it, and four details do most of the work. Give us those and the number you get is usually the number you pay. Leave them out and the quote is a guess that may well change when we see the vehicle — which nobody enjoys.
These four things let us price accurately:

A few features push a quote into a different bracket, and they are easy to miss. A forward-facing camera means ADAS recalibration is required. A head-up display needs HUD-specific glass. Acoustic lamination, heated elements and factory solar tinting all change the part. If you are unsure, a photo of the area behind your rear-view mirror and a note on whether your car has lane keeping or adaptive cruise tells us most of what we need.

Our starting prices are the same across greater Sydney, with no call-out fee:
| Service | Starting From |
|---|---|
| Stone Chip and Crack Repairs | $110 |
| Windscreen Replacement | $330 |
| Body Glass Replacement | $165 |
| Resealing | $165 |
| Scratch Removal | $110 |
| Window Tinting | $250 |
The final figure depends on your vehicle, the glass specification and whether calibration is needed. We confirm it before starting. See what windscreen replacement costs in Sydney for a fuller breakdown.
It happens occasionally and the reasons are consistent: the damage turns out to be worse than the photo showed, the vehicle has equipment that was not mentioned, the glass specification differs from the standard for that model, or access at the location is not workable for a mobile job. We would rather flag any of these before booking than on the day. Our published starting prices — replacement from $330, body glass from $165, repairs from $110, resealing from $165, scratch removal from $110, tinting from $250 — are the floor for each service.

For a straightforward replacement on a known model, yes. For repairs the photo matters, because repairability depends on size, type and position.
It is accurate when the details are accurate. If something differs on the day we tell you before starting, not after.
Look behind the rear-view mirror for a housing. If your car has lane keeping, autonomous emergency braking or adaptive cruise, it has one.
