How to polish car Windows

Whether trying to get a clean interior or sparkling exterior, polishing your automotive glass is an important step. You’ll need a clean, dry cloth and a small amount of car glass polish to get started. If you’re working on the interior, apply a small amount of polish to the material and rub it in a circular motion over the glass. Apply the polish directly to the glass and rub it in a circular motion for the exterior. Be sure to work in small sections to avoid streaking. Aussie Auto-glass, one of the best leading auto glass replacement company in Sydney, which is located at 813 princes highway in Tempe.

1. Choose the right glass polish

There are many glass polishers available on the market. You can either select a glass polishing kit, which comes complete with specialized polishing discs that can remove more severe scratches or blemishes, or you can simply choose a high quality glass restorer that removes light spots and scratches.

2.Use a low-speed rotary polisher

Polisher running at approximately 1500 RPM, and it must have a polishing pad.  gently place the running disk flat on to the glass surface. Apply firm, even pressure.Do not dwell in one area, but keep moving evenly over the glass.

3. Apply lubricating oil and polish to the polishing pad

The oil helps the polish to spread more, reducing the amount of polish you need to use, thereby reducing the amount of abrasiveness. Use as much as directed on the product label, or apply an even spread of polish across the entire pad.Aussie Auto-glass near you.

4. Cover the entire automotive glass

Move the machine from side to side at a gradual pace.Do not jerk the rotary polisher around, since doing so will increase the likelihood of accidentally damaging your glass. Keep going until the entire surface of the glass has been moistened with polish, and stop the machine once the polish begins to dry. When moved to the right, the machine also moves upward. When moved to the left, the machine also moves downward. Do not fight the rhythm of the machine.

5. Wipe the remaining polishing residue

Use a clean microfiber cloth to buff the residue away using even, gentle pressure and a small circular motion. Feel free to get a little bit aggressive with it, as this action breaks the diminishing abrasive down, making it more effective and giving you a kick ass clean screen! After polishing for about a minute, remove with a clean side of the Dirty Deeds cloth. Then when the entire screen is done, give it a final clean with the Naked Glass cleaner and wipe clean with the microfibre cloth so you can inspect it and see if it’s done.
